CSR Link are a nationwide recruitment agency within the construction/M & E/Facilities sectors. Steven Challoner

Managing Director

Steven has over 10 years experience in sales/recruitment. He has also been involved in several personal housing refurbishment projects which has been a great help on our maintenance department side. Steven is a big sports fan with football and Rugby league his favourite. His passion is building CSR to become one of the leading construction providers in the North West.

Ryan Rydell

Recruitment Consultant

Ryan has worked in recruitment for 6 six years having worked for Carillion before that. A tireless workhorse who when not in work spends time with his son watching their beloved Manchester City.

Salena Widdop

Finance and Administration Manager

Salena is a qualified Management Accountant and has 20 years experience in the accounting and finance sector. She worked in various finance roles within the NHS for 10 years before moving into the private sector. Salena is a working mum of 2 and enjoys a perfect work life balance.

Rebecca Challoner

Payroll Administrator

Having worked in the NHS FOR over 8 years Rebecca joined our team 3 months ago. Rebecca has been a great help since she joined the team offering her expertise in the accounts department. In her spare time she likes attending her local gym with friends and watching her son play football of a weekend.

Warren Burton

Maintenance Technician

Warren has worked for our maintenance department from day one, he’s been a massive part of our growth and offers a wide range of skills. Warren has previously worked for Cadent Gas and British Gas in the emergency call out departments. Warren is also a fully qualified plumber. In his spare time he manages a local under 15s grass routes football team and has coached them since the age of under 6s.

Matthew Hensman

Maintenance Manager

Matthew has an extensive background in property development and renovations. His key skills are finding solutions to any problems on our sites and resolving them. Matthew is the team leader of our maintenance team and allocates the jobs on a day to day basis. Matthew is the founder of the charity Giving It Back Community. This remarkable charity is in the final stages of building a school in Gambia for under privileged children. We are so proud to have him on our team.
